1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7777e ("7777e", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 7777e.bet, including all associated services, features, content, games, and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on 7777e, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 7777e Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with 7777e's Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform from time to time. 2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 7777e, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account. 7777e enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC verification at registration. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-personal legal structures are not permitted to register or hold accounts on 7777e.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation in online gambling or betting activities.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are not explicitly prohibited for personal use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 7777e complies with the laws applicable in your location.

7777e reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your CNIC (front and back), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 7777e may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 7777e Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 7777e will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify 7777e's support team immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your login credentials have been compromised. 7777e will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds withdrawn prior to the notification.

Account closure requests may be submitted to 7777e's support team at any time. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

7777e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice; the current list of active payment methods is always displayed on the 7777e deposit and withdrawal pages.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on 7777e:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name and must match the verified identity on your 7777e account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five (5) minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• 7777e reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by the platform's fraud detection systems.
• Deposits made by credit card or through methods not listed as supported on the 7777e Platform will be refused and returned. 7777e is not responsible for any banking fees incurred during this process.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are processed upon one (1) blockchain network confirmation. Exchange rates applied to USDT deposits are determined at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain and are not subject to retrospective adjustment.

7777e operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that suggests money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime will be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation. 7777e cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Pakistan and internationally.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

7777e offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, sports betting enhanced odds, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 7777e promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each offer's specific terms. Standard wagering requirements on 7777e range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.

• Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus Abuse: 7777e employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, chip dumping, matched betting across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of software errors. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 7777e sportsbook — including cricket (PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, snooker, kabaddi, and all other listed sports — are governed by the following rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted and settled in PKR. All displayed odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules applicable to the specific sport and market. In-play bet acceptance may be suspended at any time during a live event at 7777e's sole discretion.
• Where a cricket match, PSL game, or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or shortened, settlement rules specific to that sport will apply. In general, if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed in a cricket match, affected markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• 7777e reserves the right to void any bet, in full or in part, where the bet was placed as a result of an obvious pricing error, technical fault, or odds feed malfunction. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have associated bets voided and may face account suspension.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and are not subject to negotiation.
• 7777e does not accept bets from persons acting in a professional capacity on behalf of a syndicate or group. Evidence of syndicate betting will result in bet voidance and account review.

7. Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the 7777e Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, fish shooting arcade games, and virtual sports — are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7777e Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7777e Platform, including but not limited to the 7777e brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 7777e or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 7777e Platform without prior written authorisation from 7777e.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777e, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

7777e's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 7777e in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7777e does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 7777e will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee a specific level of uptime for the purposes of these Terms.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

7777e collects, processes, and stores personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 7777e, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7777e will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers who support the operation of the Platform (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection providers) solely for the purposes of providing those services.

13. Amendments to These Terms

7777e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7777e will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 7777e Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7777e holds its international gaming licence. 7777e operates under an international gaming licence issued by the relevant regulatory authority.

In the event of a dispute between you and 7777e regarding the settlement of a bet, the outcome of a game, a payment transaction, or any other Platform matter, you must first contact 7777e's support team via live chat to attempt resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within fourteen (14) calendar days, you may escalate the dispute to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 7777e's licensing authority.

7777e's decision on matters within its operational discretion — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status determinations — is final pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process conducted by the licensing authority. Players agree not to initiate legal proceedings in any jurisdiction in respect of Platform-related disputes before exhausting the available dispute resolution process.
